PowerSage™ PSG5220 for Laptops

The PSG5220 is a fully automatic digitally programmable precision power management device with two integrated switching regulators. Designed to provide dual point of load regulation for SATA/PATA hard disk drives, optical disk drives, and solid state drives, the PSG5220 integrates autonomous control of the voltage outputs based on real time system requirements through on-chip sensing circuitry. With an automatically variable output voltage nominal to 5V and a high input voltage, the PSG5220 is ideal for laptops and ultra-mobile PC's.
